Hoje, vou tocar num assunto que tem dado certo para aquelas pessoas que aderem um vida saudável, de exercícios, caminhadas e outros tipos de atividades que ajudam emagrecer e levantar auto-estima.
Tem se falado, muito do Suco Verde para pessoas que estão querendo emagrecer e ficarem mais esbeltas e com saúde mais plena.
O Suco Verde é realmente muito bom tomar , pois ajuda a desintoxicar o organismo e tem nutrientes importantes que ajudam estimular o corpo no processo de emagrecimento e traz energia boa, a ponto de você se sentir bem.
Muitos postam em sites os sucos verdes, feito com laranja, maça, abacaxi, ou mesmo puro, ou seja, sem as frutas, somente couve e água.
Ao experimentar o Suco Verde, fiquei apaixonada pela receita que fiz. No lugar da fruta maça, considerei o abacaxi e, não abusei da gengibre, que foi cortada em pequenos pedaços, pois a Gengibre é um item forte em aroma e ajuda na queima de calorias. Como é forte, a gengibre costuma pegar o gosto, no paladar da língua e, ocasionalmente um pequena ardência pode ocorrer, para pessoas que são mais sensíveis. Eu deixo aqui a minha receita básica que tem feito muito bem o meu corpo .

1 folha de Couve . Não precisa ser a Couve inteira. Pode ser uma pequena quantia de couve para seu consumo . No meu caso, coloquei no liquidificador meia folha da couve.
2 pedaços de abacaxi . Corta em pedaços ou rodela.
1 pequeno pedaço de gengibre. Descasque e pique o gengibre
Água.
Pessoal, não coloque açúcar, pois o Suco Verde tem que tomar sem isso e, se possível, de imediato para o consumo para manter os ingredientes , que farão o processo de melhoras e bem estar no seu corpo .
Bata no liquidificador ou um processador pequeno e eventualmente, tome em seguida. Caso , vocês não queiram ingerir com pedaços, o correto , depois de batido, coar para tomar o suco verde que ficará mais propício para tomar,com aspecto mais líquido.
Pode tomar em jejum e mesmo naquela hora em que você decide se preparar para ir para uma academia, fazer exercícios ou caminhadas, é muiiiiiito bommmm !! Meus Amores ! é muito bom.
Green juice

Outro Suco que já fez, certo tempo sucesso, mas no momento , não se comenta tanto, porém quem é fã, jamais deixa de tomar. É o suco de beterraba, com laranja e cenoura.
Ótimo emagrecedor , ajuda na circulação sanguínea do corpo, fora os nutrientes de vitaminas, ferro e outros itens, que evitam futuros problemas cancerígenos/células e cenoura que ajuda no pigmento da pele para um bronzeamento melhor, que contém betacaroteno - vitamina A. Fantástico não é?
Dos tempos que fazia parte - corpo de dança, na academia que frequentava havia um estabelecimento, dentro da academia que fazia vitaminas e sucos e, nos términos das aulas, não faltava o meu suco de beterraba com laranja, ou simplesmente com água. E claro! sem açúcar. Me sentia ótima depois do consumo deste suco!
Anote o Suco de Beterraba e apreciem devagar, pois é bom demais, quando sabemos que esses sucos podem ajudar a saúde e bem estar!
Suco de Beterraba
1 - pedaço de beterraba descascada
2 - laranjas processadas no espremedor de frutas (neste caso, vai do gosto de cada um, pode-se colocar até 3 laranjas, se quiser.)
Bata com água, Coe para tirar as sobras do suco e tome lentamente sentindo o gosto. Faz um bem danado.
Mesmo assim, deixo claro que, se tiver algum problema físico, é importante conversar com seu médico ou nutricionista e eles poderão orientar melhor, se pode tomar ou não os sucos sugeridos.
Acredito que não faça mal nenhum, porém é sempre bom contar com estes profissionais maravilhosos que nos orientam e ajudam de certa forma, estarmos mais felizes com as opções escolhidas.
