                           SUCO VERDE E SUCO BETERRABA....E AI? VAI ENCARAR??

Hoje, vou tocar num assunto que tem dado certo para aquelas pessoas que aderem um vida saudável, de exercícios, caminhadas e outros tipos de atividades que ajudam emagrecer e levantar auto-estima.
Tem se falado, muito do Suco Verde para pessoas que estão querendo emagrecer e ficarem mais esbeltas e com saúde mais plena.
O Suco Verde é realmente muito bom tomar , pois ajuda a desintoxicar o organismo e tem nutrientes importantes que ajudam estimular o corpo no processo de emagrecimento e traz energia boa, a ponto de você se sentir bem.
Muitos postam em sites os sucos verdes, feito com laranja, maça, abacaxi, ou mesmo puro, ou seja, sem as frutas, somente couve e água.
Ao experimentar o Suco Verde, fiquei apaixonada pela receita que fiz. No lugar da fruta maça, considerei o abacaxi e, não abusei da gengibre, que foi cortada em pequenos pedaços, pois a Gengibre é um item forte em aroma e ajuda na queima de calorias. Como é forte, a gengibre costuma pegar o gosto, no paladar da língua e, ocasionalmente um pequena ardência pode ocorrer, para pessoas que são mais sensíveis. Eu deixo aqui a minha receita básica que tem feito muito bem o meu corpo .

Many post sites in the green juice, made with orange, apple, pineapple, or neat, ie without fruits, cabbage and water only.
To experience the Green Juice, I was in love with the recipe I made. In place of the apple fruit, pineapple and considered, not abused ginger, which was cut into small pieces, because Ginger is a strong item in aroma and helps in burning calories. How is strong, the ginger usually get the taste in the tongue palate and occasionally a small-burning may occur, for people who are more sensitive. I leave here my basic recipe that has done very well my body.

Suco Verde

1 folha de Couve . Não precisa ser a Couve inteira. Pode ser uma pequena quantia de couve para seu consumo . No meu caso, coloquei no liquidificador meia folha da couve.
2 pedaços de abacaxi . Corta em pedaços ou rodela.
1 pequeno pedaço de gengibre. Descasque e pique o gengibre
Água.
Pessoal, não coloque açúcar, pois o Suco Verde tem que tomar sem isso e, se possível, de imediato para  o consumo para manter os ingredientes , que farão o processo de melhoras e bem estar no seu corpo .
Bata no liquidificador ou um processador pequeno e eventualmente, tome em seguida. Caso , vocês não queiram ingerir com pedaços, o correto , depois de batido, coar para tomar o suco verde que ficará mais propício para tomar,com  aspecto mais líquido.
Pode tomar em jejum e mesmo naquela hora em que você decide se preparar para ir para uma academia, fazer exercícios ou caminhadas, é muiiiiiito bommmm !!  Meus Amores ! é muito bom.


Green juice

1 cabbage leaf. It need not be the whole cabbage. It may be a small amount of cabbage for consumption. In my case, I put in a blender half cabbage leaf.
2 pieces of pineapple. Cut into pieces or slice.
1 small piece of ginger. Peel and chop the ginger
Water.
Personal, put no sugar, because the Green Juice have to take without it and, if possible, immediately to the consumer to keep the ingredients that will make the process of improvement and well-being in your body.
Puree in a blender or a small processor and eventually take next. If, you do not want to eat with pieces, correct, after whipping, strain to take the green juice that will be correct to take, with more liquid aspect.
You can take fasting and even at that time when you decide to get ready to go to a gym, exercising or walking, is... wonderful!! My Loves! it's very good.

Outro Suco que já fez, certo tempo sucesso, mas no momento , não se comenta tanto, porém quem é fã, jamais deixa de tomar. É o suco de beterraba, com laranja e cenoura.
Ótimo emagrecedor , ajuda na circulação sanguínea do corpo, fora os nutrientes de vitaminas, ferro e outros itens, que evitam futuros problemas cancerígenos/células e cenoura que ajuda no pigmento da pele para um bronzeamento melhor, que contém betacaroteno - vitamina A.  Fantástico não é?
Dos tempos que fazia parte - corpo de dança, na academia que frequentava havia um estabelecimento, dentro da academia que fazia vitaminas e sucos e, nos términos das aulas, não faltava o meu suco de beterraba com laranja, ou simplesmente com água. E claro! sem açúcar. Me sentia ótima depois do consumo deste suco!

Anote o Suco de Beterraba e apreciem devagar, pois é bom demais, quando sabemos que esses sucos podem ajudar a saúde e bem estar!

Suco de Beterraba

1 - pedaço de beterraba descascada
2  - laranjas processadas no espremedor de frutas (neste caso, vai do gosto de cada um, pode-se colocar até 3 laranjas, se quiser.)
Bata com água, Coe para tirar as sobras do suco e tome lentamente sentindo o gosto. Faz um bem danado.
Mesmo assim, deixo claro que, se tiver algum problema físico, é importante conversar com seu médico ou nutricionista e eles poderão orientar melhor, se pode tomar ou não os sucos sugeridos.
Acredito que não faça mal nenhum, porém é sempre bom contar com estes profissionais maravilhosos que nos orientam e ajudam de certa forma, estarmos mais felizes com as opções escolhidas.
Hummmmm....vamos experimentar??

1 - piece of peeled beets
2 - oranges processed in the juicer (in this case, will the taste of each one, you can put up to 3 oranges, if you want.)
Tap with water, Coe to take the remains of juice and take slowly tasting. Makes a damned good.
Even so, I make it clear that if you have a physical problem, it is important to talk to your doctor or nutritionist and they can guide better, you can have or not the suggested juices.
I think not make any harm, but it is always good to have these wonderful professionals that guide us and help in a way, we are more happy with the settings.

Well... falando da nossa querida Gisele Bundchen. Sabemos que a bonitona está saindo de um processo de conquistas e realizações, na qual levou à fama e sucesso. Mas será que foi tão simples assim? Para quem acompanhou o percurso desta Menina/Mulher poderá ver que houve um tempo de ciclos para chegar aonde  ela chegou. Todas as conquistas dela, foram de sua própria vontade interior de ser reconhecida como uma grande profissional que ela é. Todos os momentos, foram de lutas e reconhecimentos , aonde ela pode usar sua intuição e seguir as metas do que ela desejava.
Aos poucos, Gisele Bundchen foi adquirindo segurança nas passarelas e atraindo investidores internacionais sobre a forma de postar suas atitudes e pensamentos. Nada caiu do céu.  Foram dias de lutas , empenhos, concentração e meditações, que aos poucos foram sendo revelados na mídia, o outro lado de Gisele.

O que me fez tocar, foi a sensibilidade no olhar, de falarem com os olhos, o que não se fala pela boca.

Tenho um carinho especial pela Cláudia Raia e ela, está brilhando (como sempre) na personagem Samantha .  Mas o que estou querendo focar é nos anéis que a personagem dela  usa. São pequenos anéis que estão dando o que falar. Mutias meninas estão aderindo  e é bem estilo jovial.
Mas ,será que estes anéis são confortáveis nos dedos?
Ao meu entender, acredito que não. Uma pessoa que usa as mãos como ferramentas de trabalho, digitando, escrevendo e outros afazeres devem tirá-los ? Ou não?
Percebe-se que os anéis são finos e delicados. Numa exposição que embeleza as mãos das mulheradas, antenadas no mundo fashion. !
